2016 Volunteer Sign-Up Sheet

Friends, we need help.  Please take a look at all the work which will have to be done to make the reunion a success and let us know where you can pitch in.  You can leave a comment or email me at viviane 8 at yahoo dot com.  We will have a sheet posted at the reunion with tasks and the names of those who volunteered to complete them, so that Yvonne and I can have a little more time to socialize with everyone, too.  If the job you volunteer to do requires any supplies, they will be ready for you.  Teens are invited to volunteer as well.

FRIDAY

Pick up icecream from UDF - Rickenbach Family

Set up tables, chairs and decorate around 4:00 pm - Burgoon Family, Brooks Family, Martini Family

Fill up water balloons around 4:00 pm - Saltgaver Family, Scott R.

Sell raffle tickets throughout the afternoon/evening (pre/teens, I am looking at you) - JCB

Prepare, serve and clean up pizza bar 5:30 pm -  Angel N., Kurt B.

Set up, serve, and clean up the ice-cream social around 7:30 pm - Rani C., Kim V.

Collect garbage and transport to dumpster around 9:00 pm - Miller Family

SATURDAY MORNING

Pick up coffee cake from Busken Bakery and sandwiches from Chick-Fil-A around 7:30 (about 30 min round trip) - Craig M.

Prep and set-up breakfast bar around 8:15 am and on - Rickenbach Family, Kay B.

Make coffee for breakfast and keep it coming 8:15 am - Jane B.

Assist with breakfast clean-up around 9:15 am - Kathy J.

Take the group photo around 9:30 am - Saltgaver Family

Collect garbage and transport to dumpster around 9:30 - Nathanial N.

Teen Scavenger Hunt Team Chaperones at 10:00 - Adrienne and Steven P. (team 1) & Andrew R. (team 2)

Cooking lesson assistants at 10:00 - Alicia K., Kay B.

Pick up splash park tickets at 11:00 -  Conger Family


SATURDAY AFTERNOON


Assist at the arts and crafts table  3:30 pm - 

Set-up for potluck around 5:30 pm - Adrienne P., Jane B.

Grill for potluck around 5:00 pm - Steven P., Scott R.

Clean-up after potluck around 7:00 pm - Jane B., Kay B.

Start and supervise campfire and smores around 7:30 pm - Frank B.

Collect garbage and transport it to the dumpster around 9:00 pm -  Vargas Family

SUNDAY

Assist with setting up breakfast around 8:00 am - Rickenbach Family

Make coffee and keep it coming around 8:15 am - 

Assist with breakfast clean-up around 9:30 am -  Parks Family

Take down tables/chairs around 10:00 am -  Jason V., Robinson Family, Vargas Family

Clean up cul-de-sac around 10:00 am -  Brooks Family

Ice runs as needed -  

Make lemonade and iced tea throughout weekend (someone in a deluxe cabin, please) -
