Cabins 2013

Here's a quick update on the deluxe and camping cabins at Winton Woods Park.  The map shows where each cabin is located and you can read below which cabins have been assigned to families and which are still available.

If you would like to reserve a cabin, please email Viviane at viviane 8 at yahoo dot com.  Also, if you had reserved a cabin, but will now be unable to attend the reunion, please let us know as soon as possible because another family might like the opportunity to stay in a cabin.

The first bulk payment to the park will be due in April, so please be prepared to send your cabin payments to Viviane by March 31, 2013.  Details to follow.

  1. Can't wait to see everyone! We won't be far either. Our site is right near the bathrooms so very close to the reunion. Will be SO exciting this year to see many new families. Viviane, the site map online shows ALL the cabins booked. If they're not, they'll have to talk to someone. They are not in this time of year. However, they are very awesome at getting back in touch w/ you and setting it all up. Only reason I know this is b/c we had to talk to them about 2 weeks ago. Just wanted folks to konw they WILL get back to you. See you all this summer!

  2. Yes, the cabins all show up as booked on the park website because I have every last one reserved under my name right now for the group. I am responsible for the payments in two installments, one 60 days prior to arrival and one 30 days prior. I am also responsible to cancel the reservations on any cabins that our group does not want at least 30 days before the reunion. Right now, there are three cabins left for grabs. If no one claims them, I will cancel them.

    Once I have collected the payments from those staying in cabins, I will let the park know the name of the family who will occupy each cabin, so that they can all check-in without any problems. Like I said, in early March I will post more details about the process.

    It's awesome to know that so many people are excited for the reunion already as well as hearing from new families who will join us in 2013.
