We will have somewhere between 110 and 130 people at our annual Saturday potluck. We are asking each family to bring a dish to share that will serve 12-15 people.
There is a Kroger grocery store just five minutes from the park so with a quick trip during the lunch break/splash park time you can pick up any items. Please feel free to ask families with a kitchen / fridge to assist with your food. Everyone is always super helpful with making sure the food gets prepared and stored properly.
Please leave a comment here, email the reunion account, or comment on the FB group to let me know what you plan to bring. Also, if you have food allergies and need special accommodations for any of the meals, please give me a heads up. I'll update and post this list periodically, so everyone knows what's covered already.

2016 Reunion Shirts
It is time to vote on the design for the 2016 reunion t-shirts. Please note that we do not yet have information regarding cost of the shirts, but they will be printed and sold as a fundraiser via a website like Bonfire. T-shirts are not included with your reunion fee in 2016.
Each design can be printed with or without the 2016 Reunion verbiage though the images are displayed here only with the verbiage, so you have to use your imagination. Please keep in mind that shirts which do not mention the reunion may have much broader appeal for a fundraiser beyond those who plan to attend our event in 2016.
Please vote for your favorite design by leaving a comment here with your family name. ONE vote per family only. Alicia will be collecting responses directly from the comment section. Voting closes on March 18, 2016.

Also, your dishes should serve 10-12 people. We always have tons of leftovers and are trying to cut back on them by limiting the amount of each contribution.

2015 Volunteer Sign-Up Sheet
Friends, we need help. Please take a look at all the work which will have to be done to make the reunion a success and let us know where you can pitch in. You can leave a comment or email me at viviane 8 at yahoo dot com. We will have a sheet posted at the reunion with tasks and the names of those who volunteered to complete them, so that Yvonne and I can have a little more time to socialize with everyone, too. If the job you volunteer to do requires any supplies, Yvonne and I will have them ready for you. Teens are invited to volunteer as well.
