Thank You 2016 Reunion Sponsors
The 2016 reunion is on the books. We had another fun-filled weekend at Winton
Woods Park in Cincinnati, gathering 25 families who have adopted from
Bulgaria. Thanks to all who attended
this year and helped make the reunion a success.
A special thanks to our 2016 sponsors: JTM for the
hamburgers, UDF for the icecream, Krispy Kreme for the donuts, and Chick-Fil-A
for the breakfast biscuits.
Hopscotch Adoptions for the balloon artist
MLJ Adoptions for the splash park tickets
About A Child for the storyteller
Adoption Circle for the games and toys
| Sand box & shaving cream pit |
The Ties Program for the arts and crafts supplies
The Bulgarian Association of Cincinnati for the
cooking lesson
And five reunion families who wish to remain anonymous
for the fire wood, pizza party, smores galore, coffee, and a portion of our
groceries.
Without the support of these generous sponsors, we would not have been able to provide as many activities and treats for our families as we did. Blagodarya, sponsors.

2016 Volunteer Sign-Up
2016 Volunteer Sign-Up Sheet
Friends, we need help. Please take a look at all the work which will have to be done to make the reunion a success and let us know where you can pitch in. You can leave a comment or email me at viviane 8 at yahoo dot com. We will have a sheet posted at the reunion with tasks and the names of those who volunteered to complete them, so that Yvonne and I can have a little more time to socialize with everyone, too. If the job you volunteer to do requires any supplies, they will be ready for you. Teens are invited to volunteer as well.
*Highlighted text means we have enough volunteers for that task.

2016 Reunion Shirts
It is time to vote on the design for the 2016 reunion t-shirts. Please note that we do not yet have information regarding cost of the shirts, but they will be printed and sold as a fundraiser via a website like Bonfire. T-shirts are not included with your reunion fee in 2016.
Each design can be printed with or without the 2016 Reunion verbiage though the images are displayed here only with the verbiage, so you have to use your imagination. Please keep in mind that shirts which do not mention the reunion may have much broader appeal for a fundraiser beyond those who plan to attend our event in 2016.
Please vote for your favorite design by leaving a comment here with your family name. ONE vote per family only. Alicia will be collecting responses directly from the comment section. Voting closes on March 18, 2016.
Design #1 with reunion verbiage (vote 1A) without reunion verbiage (vote 1B)
Design #2 with reunion verbiage (vote 2A) without reunion verbiage (vote 2B)
Design #3 with reunion verbiage (vote 3A) without reunion verbiage (vote 3B)
Design #4 with reunion verbiage (vote 4A) without reunion verbiage (vote 4B)
